Pubs, bars and restaurants

The Fellow, Kings Cross

A popular venue in our portfolio, The Fellow  is fast becoming one of our favourites.  A cross between Mad Men and the Artful Dodger with a cool jazz feel.

The food can range from lovely fresh savouries to a more lush platter menu.   You are welcome to bring your own cakes to add to the celebration or savour some of the lovely snacks available from the Fellow kitchen.  An extensive bar list is available from the venue. (Room hire charged)

The Savoy Tup

Based just off the Strand in central London, the private event space at the Tup is perfect for afternoon craft ahead of your evening out. You can order drinks from the bar but there is a room hire charged in addition.

Blacksmith and the Toffeemakers, Clerkenwell

We’re happy to say we can offer our workshops at basic cost without the expense of room hire or minimum charge on refreshments at this lively east London pub in their roomy event space. An added bonus is their newly launched afternoon tea menu.

Dead Doll’s House, Islington

Don’t be put off by the name, this really is a darling location! Nothing dead about the buzz and bubbles you’ll find here. The venue is a feast for the eye and you really feel you’re in the heart of the action on Upper Street in Islington. Afternoon tea and plenty of bubbles, please!

Hampshire Hog, Hammersmith

The Hampshire Hog is a lovely contemporary events’ space in Hammersmith, west London and an absolutely lovely find for the Menders. The pub can offer all choices of menu from afternoon tea to sharing platters to full lunch at very reasonable prices and absolutely delish. There is a minimum spend charge but no room hire here.

The Fellow

One of our first choices nearly a decade ago and still on our list! The Fellow has two events’ spaces, perfect large or small, intimate parties and a brilliant bar team serving cocktails and drinks through the day. Meals here are more sharing plates or plated food and absolutely delicious so great for the hungry among the hens!
